Statement
"We are committed to ensuring each and every order we receive is processed and dispatched with the utmost care and efficiency. All of our staff are keen riders, so there is always someone available to talk to if you have a query about size or suitability. Should you have any questions or if you have a suggestion to make about our products or our service, you can contact us at any time. Your comments will be greatly appreciated.
PRICES & AVAILABILITY Top
Because we offer so many products it is not possible to update prices individually. We, therefore, use computer disks from our suppliers to update our prices. Unfortunately, this will never be a perfect process and mistakes are occasionally made, which are beyond our control. Therefore, product prices are guides only and maybe subject to change without notice. Therefore, by accepting these Terms & Conditions you accept that any pricing information on any correspondence is for guidance only and cannot be guaranteed. However, should the particular price not be accurate, for whatever reason, you will be notified to confirm that you would still like to proceed with your order before any payment is taken.
As with any shop we can run out of stock and we are then working to the delivery timetable of our suppliers. Should we not have your particular order in stock or the item has been discontinued we will e-mail you with an update. Please bear with us and we will try to get the item you need as soon as possible.
POSTAGE RATES Top
To cover the cost of post and packaging, the below general charges will apply. However, for large or heavy items, these charges may need to be increased. You will be notified of this at the time you order.
Standard Delivery: £5.99 including insurance.
We pride ourselves on ensuring that you receive your goods when you need them and aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receipt (assuming stock availability) and it normally takes three to four days to arrive. However, if we need to order stock in you will be notified of any potential delay to the despatch date. We will dispatch the stock as soon as we receive the goods from our suppliers by standard delivery means.
Applicable to all delivery addresses in the UK (except the Channel Islands).
Express delivery (if stock available): £10.99 including insurance Top
Whilst our Standard service is both fast and efficient, we acknowledge the need for an Express service for those urgently required items. However, it very much depends on stock availability and will only work if you call us before 10:00 am on 01293 537345 (Crawley Equestrian), 01342 836777 (Ifield Park) to see what is possible. If we have what you need in stock we will then send it by special delivery to hopefully get to you the next weekday or at worst the following one.
Applicable to all delivery addresses in the UK (except the Channel Islands).
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:
The charges above apply to UK mainland orders only. For more details on ordering from outside the UK, please refer to the 'Export Orders' section below.
CREDIT OR CHARGE CARD PAYMENTS:
This method of payment can be used when placing an order over the telephone or when posting your order details to us. In the section indicated, we need you to provide us with your card number, relevant start/expiry dates and where applicable, a Switch Issue number. We can on deliver to the same address that is on the Credit Card for security reasons.
PRICE CHANGES: Top
Whilst every effort will be made to maintain the prices given, it may not always be possible, therefore we reserve the right to discontinue any items from sale and change prices when necessary.
VALUE ADDED TAX: Top
Prices shown include VAT of 20.0% where applicable. We reserves the right to alter prices shown in the event of a change in the level of VAT.
DESPATCHES & DELIVERIES Top
DESPATCHES:
If you believe your parcel to be lost, you should contact us as soon as possible to investigate further, but please remember that in order to comply with Post Office and insurance regulations, we must allow 14 days from despatch date for delivery of a parcel or packet. If after this time nondelivery has occurred, we will assume the parcel lost. You will be issued with a form that must be signed and returned to clarify nondelivery before a refund or exchange can be authorized. On receipt of your order we suggest you carefully check your Invoice/Despatch note and ensure the contents comply with the note. In the case of any discrepancies (eg. contents missing, outstanding order items, incorrect price or charge details), you must contact us immediately. If you fail to do so within 21 days of invoice date, we will be unable to amend any errors. Please note that items omitted from parcels must be signed for on a specific form provided by us, before the items in question can be re-dispatched.
DELIVERIES:
We would hope to fulfill the majority of orders within 7 days of receipt. However, at times, due to product shortage or peak demand (eg. the Christmas period), delivery may extend to 28 days. If this happens, you will be informed of any problems when the 28 days have elapsed.
RETURNS AND DAMAGES Top
Please help speed up the procedure by following our guidelines.
IN ALL CASES ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED BEFORE THE CHARGES CAN BE REIMBURSED OR ITEMS REPLACED
DAMAGED GOODS:
In the event of an item being damaged and the damage is in your opinion due to defective materials or poor workmanship and of which you feel you have not had justified use, we request that they be returned for our inspection immediately. Under no circumstances must items be continued to be used when damaged, as you will have been deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Before replacement goods or refunds can be issued, goods must be returned for our inspection and if necessary the item may have to be returned to the manufacturer for testing. In these cases 28 days must be allowed. Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed both for the original and return dispatch on justified damages.
RETURNS: Top
We offer 21 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from us by Mail Order. You can claim a full refund (less postage and packaging) on any unsoiled item, complete with labels, returned to us within 21 days or alternatively, if you wish, you may exchange any item. Refunds and Exchanges may only be processed when the returned items have been received by ourselves. We do recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office and consider insuring your parcel in order that you can claim for any loss or damage, as we are unable to compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. Items returned for exchange must be accompanied by the return Postage and Packaging fee. On receipt of a returned item which was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will be made directly to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. Where an exchange item is required, the card will be recharged on despatch. Cheque refunds can only be made in the name of the original customer.
EXPORT ORDERS Top
Upon receiving your export order, a member of our Export Department will e-mail a quote to you stating the postage and packaging charge for your individual order. Your order will then only be processed and despatched when we have received an e-mail from you, confirming that you still require all of the ordered goods and that the postage and packaging charge we have quoted meets with your approval. We will be pleased to quote individual transport prices for air freight to any destination in the world. British Value Added Tax will be excluded for companies registered for VAT (or its equivalent tax) in the EEC, or for individuals who are resident outside the European Community. This includes BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands and Southern Ireland. Private individuals residing anywhere within the EC will be unable to reclaim the current UK VAT rate from their purchases.
We ask you to note the following points:
1. Quotations are dependent upon the weight of the consignment, so specific requirements such as size and quantity need to be stated.
2. BFPO orders are only eligible for VAT exemption when placed by post and accompanied by written authorization from the Commanding Officer.
3. VAT is only deductible from orders from customers residing outside the EEC, or persons who are registered for VAT exemption.
4. Children's products, books and some supplements are zero-rated and are therefore not VAT deductible.
